1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the availability of the items you’ve purchased.
Standard Shipping (Domestic Orders)
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days within the United States
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Expedited Shipping (Domestic Orders)
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Overnight Shipping (Domestic Orders)
- Estimated delivery: Next business day
- Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee. This service is available for orders placed before the cutoff time on business days.
International Shipping
- We offer shipping to select international destinations.
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
- International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size/weight.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. During checkout, the exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free Standard Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.International Shipping Fees:
For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package size, and weight. You will be notified of the total shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.
3. Order Processing and Handling
Order Processing Time:
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time your order is confirmed. However, during busy periods or for custom orders, processing times may be longer. You will be notified if there are any delays in processing your order.Packaging:
We take great care in packaging your artwork securely to prevent any damage during shipping. Artworks are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:

- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Holidays or peak shopping seasons
In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays. Unfortunately, Hoptopiin Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@hoptopiin.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of damaged goods, we may ask you to provide photos of the damaged items to assist in the claims process.
Damaged Goods:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on availability.Lost Shipments:
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the item cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
8. Incorrect or Missing Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Address Changes:
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@hoptopiin.com. We will attempt to update your address before your order is shipped.Returned Shipments:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund for the items purchased, minus any shipping fees.
