1. Returns and Exchanges

We offer 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@hoptopiin.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    If the item is returned in its original condition and within the specified return window, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns:
    For most domestic returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • International Returns:
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for international orders. Please ensure that the returned item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized artwork (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been damaged by misuse or mishandling
  • Items not purchased through the Hoptopiin website

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@hoptopiin.com. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item to you. Shipping costs for the exchanged item will apply.
